A social entrepreneurship workshop and discussion with four Youth Impact Fellows.
Isaiah Johnson is the founder of Project Beanstalk, a video game company dedicated to improving the diversity in the video game industry by creating games with better representation of diverse groups. As a game developer and social entrepreneur, Isaiah realizes that it’s not enough to diversify the game industry. There needs to be a supportive community throughout it.
Russell Agustin is the co-founder of Sole2Soul, a social enterprise dedicated to donating used running shoes to socio -economically depressed regions nationally and internationally. In doing so, Sole2Soul can promote sustainability through the reuse and repurpose of running shoes and healthy living through the sport of running.
Destiny Iwuoma and Alana Banks are members of BLK MGK, a collective of artists formulating an ideology of a youth centered art community. Our collective envisions a world where artists can shine, thrive, and heal, free of socio-economic barriers. We provide opportunities for individuals to de-stress and express utilizing an eclectic array of art forms to expand the network, the minds and reach of all artists.
